HMKV at PHOENIX Halle Dortmund, Sunday, 18 October 2009, 18:00 Angels in Chains: Presentation of the new 3-channel video installation (2008/09) dealing with the three Manson family members who in 1969 brutally killed, at Charles Manson's instruction, seven people, among them Sharon Tate, wife of Roman Polanski. On their way to court, the three murderesses presented themselves as a cheerful girl band and sang a song by Charles Manson. In the installation the murderesses become blurred with the actresses of the TV series "Three Angels for Charly".
