Solar Slow Flow

This yoga class is an invitation to connect with the sun—as a source of energy, rhythm, and warmth, a fiery heart in the sky, and perhaps even as a secret ally in our inner and outer transformations.

Amid the exhibition Comrade Sun, we allow the light to move through us. With flowing movements and mindful breathing, we explore the question: what if solar winds are blowing within us too?

If you’re curious about the connections between body, art, and cosmos—or ready for your own little revolution on the mat—you’re in the right place.

Lioba is a queer yoga teacher (500h CYA Hatha Vinyasa), artist, and performance researcher. Passionate about meditation, pranayama, and the miracle of the body, she enjoys working with people in creative and holistic ways. Her classes and artistic practice are always infused with humor, curiosity, and mindfulness.
