Cooperative exhibition ‘Robotron’ opens in Leipzig

The exhibition Robotron, created in cooperation between the HMKV and the Gallery for Contemporary Art Leipzig (GfZK), has opened in Leipzig and will be on display there with the subtitle ‘Code and Utopia’ until 22 February 2026. The exhibition will then be presented under the title Robotron. Working Class and Intelligence from 14 March to 26 July 2026 at the HMKV in Dortmund. The opening in Dortmund will take place on Friday, 13 March 2026 at 19:00 at the HMKV.

The exhibition, which was created on the initiative of Jochen Becker, will show over 20 artistic positions in Leipzig, including Karl-Heinz Adler, Nadja Buttendorf, Helga Paris, A. R. Penck and Werner Tübke.
