The HMKV is seeking an Administrative Director

We are seeking a Head of Administration (gender-neutral) to start as soon as possible (100%, 40 hours per week)

The Head of Administration is responsible for the strategic and operational organisation of the organisation, in particular day-to-day financial and human resources management, as well as optimising process organisation and further developing project structures tailored to needs and specific measures. They ensure that the association’s activities comply with the law and that legal documentation requirements are met. Decisions of fundamental importance are taken in consultation with the management team and the Executive Board.
